Best thing I have ever done, it has completed my yoga and Pilates. By bringing them into this, which has improved my whole body stability.

Grant, I wanted to say how grateful I am for your informative, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and approachable teaching style. You are a remarkably natural instructor and it shows. People can work for years as an instructor and never have that "it" connection with their students. You most certainly have a passion for what you are doing but you also radiate a certain naturalness that just can't be taught or learned. I'm new to primal movements but not to fitness and I have a strong feeling that your videos are going to be my primary source of programs for the foreseeable future as I navigate this new quest that I'm on. This move requires some practice but when you master it, you'll feel so proud of yourself 😂 this is one of the groundmovements that makes you strong, mobile and flexible 💪 it is also part of the Primal 45 workout plan, and that's the 10 week plan I'm currently working on.. Definitely would recommend it to anyone interested in animal/primal movement 💪💪

4 minutes is a freakin’ killa workout when you are trying to fly like superman. When you get it Flying is super fun though. Hard AF but super fun. Thanks Grant for being awesome
