Christopher Scotts To be fair Courtney made more in the same amount of time with the creme brûlée donuts and was best at using the sheeter. They both messed up in the filling, but that can be easily practiced. I know Olivia did the prettiest creme brûlée donuts but if Courtney’s donuts looked fine AND she was able to make twice as many in the same amount of time that might be why, as well as Laurel liking her attitude. I know it doesn’t seem like it but consistency and efficiency are better overall for these type of jobs than getting everything to be the best that it can. I would hire both of them actually. Olivia listens very well and learns fast and that it actually also very good for these type of jobs as well. As long as Olivia would be able to learn how to make them a little faster and still be consistent she would also be good for the job. Both kinds of people are good to have in this kind of work setting, it just depends what the place needs when they looking to hire.
