Cowboy Kent Rollins Amen, Brother Kent!! As always, God Bless and The Lord, Jesus Christ, continues to bless your "mission" of filling both stomaches and spirits with goodness!! As one of those Veterans, I always appreciate your thank-yous. I remember spending Thanksgiving, Christmas and an Easter away from family. Especially the Easter in the Desert was tough but we had our own mission to complete. I always remember like it was yesterday the "joy of kissing American soil" when we landed back home. You should seen the 400plus soldier (tiny airline) pillow fight when the Captain announced that we had enter US airspace. It didnt matter what rank anyone wore, everyone was subject to catching a pillow with their face, back, arms, etc. Much Godly Love to you and yours especially knowing Jesus is the reason for the season.

I used to sit and watch her cook and pester her with endless questions, "but why mom?" drove her nuts in the kitchen I did. These meals were perfected by poor people who grew up during the Great Depression and learned how to make cheaper cuts of meat taste great. Frugal minded kids today could learn a lot from the past. And a young man who cooks this for a young gal who comes over for dinner would certainly be more impressive than one who orders out for a pizza.

Seems I can't come to the tube without watching one of these awesome vids! You and Shan restore my faith in humanity. God bless you both! Will you be with the Chuck Wagon in Lebanon, MO. this summer??
