I personally defend bill about a lot of things but i don't understand his dislike for Jake, id like a fuller explanation from bill on the subject.

Maybe Jake disobeyed Bill at times but Bill didn't like a lot of his former employees from Paul Orndorff to Warrior.

Jake’s consistently blaming everyone else for his bad choices that resulted in bigger problems. Here he says he “heard whispers” and the cohost names Watts late in the clip. But Watts never told Jake anything directly to cause him to remove the cast early. I’m of the opinion that Jake is mostly lying here because every single big problem in Jake’s life was due to Grizzly, his stepmother, Bill Watts and every other promoter, Honky got him hooked on pain pills and on and on and on. I think taking stock and accepting personal responsibility was once part of the process of healing from addictions. I guess Jake is counting on folks who have not heard and seen his various substance, ego & attitude problems.
