gotta agree with the whole tools trucks, in the end it’s a service they’re providing for us and it’s not like someone is making you get on the tuck. I recently got 2 hammers a dead blow & a bal pin from a snap on dealer here where I lived and it was cheaper than the website which I was happy. now he won a customer for life. sure harbor freight is cheaper but on some tools I rather buy what I actually like.

try dealing with warranty if you work nights or are a travelling mechanic. they fight tooth and nail to get out of help. and if you do get help, guys said its months getting the stuff back. Gearwrench beats them hands down. Proto is real bad. and Pelican as well. Seeing the Harbor freight long nosed talon grips are out now for 25 bux and autozone is clearing a lot of stuff out, Mag rails were under 7 bux.

You should try doing it from snap on website or calling. I went 4 years without a dealer and it was super easy. @@KoonTrucking Yes it does. My Snap On and Matco dealers were really good. I had a couple through the years that didn't want to deal but only a couple. Most were, "How much is this" XXX "When I get my account down I will get it" Go ahead and take it, I know where you work. Many times without increasing my payment or very little. Or how much? It's X but if you want it give me Y for it. Sold. Probably explains why I have a large drawer full of ratchets and dang near every color of ratcheting screwdriver available.

I do have to comment on warranty...my long time friend and dealer retired in Nov., new guy takes over in Feb. I have warranties so i contacted snapon, send list, emails, phone calls, etc., week goes by. Finally live person tells me they will send a call tag to get warranties, takes another week, week to send tools, and then they tell me takes 2 weeks to get new tools. Math...maybe 4 to 5 weeks out? NO WAY! After talking to mr. A, mr. B, supervisors, they agreed to send me new tools and destroy the warranties. Math again...week has passed, tools havent been sent out yet, no ship date available. Is this the way they treat long time customers? For your info....snapon owns the customer list, not the franchisee.

Lol, “I appreciate you not putting the prices” in others words, “I can’t rip you off if you know how much it really cost”. Tool trucks are a scam. You go in debt for vanity tools that are, maybe, 10% better and cost 200% more. Shop at Harbor Freight and get the lifetime warranty, any day of the week, not just the day the truck shows up.

Who produces your tools? Your wrenches are made by the same company as Cat Diesel tools. They are half the price of snap on, with the same lifetime warranty.
