Hello Ben, Thank you for all the instructional videos. I've been doing crossfit regularly for 5 years and started as a masters in my 60s. The biggest problem I have with overhead bar work is my flexibility. It takes me tons of warmups to be able to squat with the empty bar and get my arms back because my shoulders don't have the natural upper body mobility. This is really limiting me to lift more in my snatches and C&J. I have the strength to do a lot more but the mobility is holding me back even though I take a wide grip on the bar. Your best suggestions please? Thanks, Nick A.
