This pattern is a Joy to knit. In my view, the instructions are very well written, particularly the how to section. It makes what could be an awkward stitch pattern very easy. Thank you. Thank you also for your voice over in the video. What a shame you don’t have voice overs in all your videos, as you describe things well. I am Blind and appreciate this.

Thank you so much for making this tutorial. It has made the written pattern so much easier to understand. I am now feeling confident I can make this shawl on my KB 28" loom from the written pattern.

I want to make a thick rectangle shawl for a elderly lady and she want to go pass her behind and thick so it keep in heat. What kind of yarn and how many I would need for a shawl ikr that? Please help me out. Thanks

It depends on the knitting loom you will be using. If the knitting loom is large gauge, you can use a nice Merino Wool such as Malabrigo Rasta. If you are using a smaller gauge loom, you can use a worsted weight yarn. It will all depend on the knitting loom you want to use and of course the budge for the yarn.

I am a big Ginormous fan of your work. And this one is amazing. Tried it out on a sample and loved it. And awesome video as usual! One quick question. What loom are you using in this video. Is it the 10" loom? I just ordered the 10" 3/8 gauge loom today and it has 24 pegs on one side, how come this one has 22 pegs on each side(not counting the sliders)... Just confused.

Hi wanted to see if you have a pattern for infant to toddlers loom knit poncho or if you could possibly design one
@PurlingSprite5 жыл бұрын
I don't currently have one for an infant. I have a pattern for a toddler, if you go to Ravelry it is called Nyah's Poncho. It doesn't have a video though.

Why don’t u skip the first and last peg to have a clean edge?
@PurlingSprite2 жыл бұрын
You can skip the first peg if you wish when you create your shawl.

I love the shawl but had a hard time hearing you. The music is drowning you out.

Gail, thank you. I am making adjustments to the video sound on all my future projects.

A round loom would have been better to use most people don't use these but it is nice though
@PurlingSprite5 жыл бұрын
Any knitting loom that has the amount of pegs to create the shawl will work.
