At first I thought it was rubbish as it couldn’t get through the river/mud crossing to the left of Wisconsin garage, I then realised its super mud and no truck could. Now I use this truck all the time, it’s kind of refreshing having a truck that’s good but not all wheel drive, so it’s got a little challenge. Just avoid super mud.

Yeah I wasn’t sold at first, but after learning how to get the most out of it, it’s pretty fun and one of the better dlc trucks we’ve been given so far 👍🏻! Avoid that super mud in everything lol

It gets into high gear really easily and once it gets into high gear it doesn't really feel like its rwd, which I really like. It's the only rwd truck to get through the first mud in black river in high with the highrange gearbox. It is kinda underrated tho. without the p16 tires it would have no chance. Great video again dude!

Yeah I quite like it, and doing this review, I found a few things that I thought it would struggle with more! It’s one of the better trucks we’ve got, I like how well it says in high gear, and yeah without those tyres it would probably suck lol, need those tyres as a choice on a few more trucks 👍🏻

The p512 is the lightest of the heavy class trucks much like the step 310 in the off road class. This gives it a class leading power to weight ratio. If only they could just give us an awd upgrade on the next phase.

Someone gave the P512 AWD and it appears it would stomp the Tayga with it. Saber would likely nerf the tires if it got AWD.

I’ve not even touched this truck cause I’ve been scared of no AWD but this video makes it look so good even without the AWD. I’ve been using modded tweaks so much that I kind of want to use some vanilla trucks again, I definitely got to try this truck.

I really like that the area opens with such low difficulty .... virtually all trucks can do missions on crossroads. I havent played on Harvestcorp yet, but the other 2 maps are clearly much tougher terrain-wise.

Its Canadian. Of course its tough. Hitting above its weight class a specialty. Those poles are for power lines. Burying lines underground where the ground freezes above 2M down is not really a great option. At least not with out places built to run them. Since Manitoba ( home to 100, 000 lakes) is rich in Hydro electric power we call them Hydro poles. Very unique that in such a cold climate electric heat is most common. There is gas power but its secondary. We are net exporter. So winter driving is common enough. Look up Ice road truckers. Filmed from Winnipeg going to the first nations communities in the North and NW Ontario just to the East. Looks like the kind of truck you'd want out there.

Lol true, it’s only really the P12 that sucks in this game, this and the p16 are pretty solid trucks 👍🏻! Lol yeah we have the same thing with power cables on poles here, it doesn’t really get cold enough to freeze the ground that often, but I guess it’s easier than digging the channels to bury them lol! Yeah I’ve seen that ice road truckers, I’m sure it’s a tough job, but I’d rather do that than driving in bumper to bumper traffic in the middle of LA or something, the middle of nowhere is much nicer 👍🏻

Yeah true although they tend to find a design and run with it from years and years back lol, it looks cool though! And yeah I still prefer the P16, but this is like a P16 lite where it’s quicker and lighter, the p16 is still the best 👍🏻

I really wish the p12 had the power this thing seems to have. I took it out thru canada to see if i could get it stuck... It keeps moving when it shouldnt like the p16, albeit a hell of a lot slower at times... Spent maybe 10 minutes with it lol

Yeah true the P12 is a bit of a let down, it feels gutless and when it’s towing stuff, it’s practically useless unless it’s a flat road lol! I’d take it over the Derry, but that’s about it lol 👍🏻

My only issue is the smallest hill can make it roll for me. Otherwise, offroad gearbox makes this thing a powerhouse.

It has P16 tires, which are wicked good in mud, better than all the other tires except the ones on the Tatarin, so no AWD for me is justified.

Yeah it’s a shame as it kind of ruins them on the snowy maps, plus it’s a Canadian truck, one of the more likely to spend decent time in the snow! Apart from that it’s pretty solid with its special tyres 👍🏻
