You have to react to the movie "Footloose" which made Kevin Bacon a household name and also had great supporting turns by John Lithgow (who was actually really good in this) , Dianne Wiest, the late Christopher Penn (brother of Sean Penn) and Sarah Jessica Parker who was in her "Square Pegs" days when this came out. The soundtrack, with Kenny Loggins title track (which you have to review next for his songs) was one of the biggest soundtracks of not only the 1980's but of all time. I remember buying the "Footloose" tape and trying to dance to those songs when I was a kid. Both "Footloose" the movie and song are MUSTS for your channels.

Most of his biggest hits are energetic movie songs which include "I'm Alright", "Footloose", and "Danger Zone" but he melts my heart with "Danny's Song" and "House at Pooh Corner". He's got the intricacies of love and relationships with "This Is It", "Whenever I Call You Friend", "Love Will Follow" (damn sexy jam), and "The Real Thing". And Christmas is just not Christmas without "Celebrate Me Home". Have fun exploring!
