Can’t beat a good quality butcher, more people need to find their own local quality butcher and support them before yours disappears altogether, my own always has really cheap cuts of meat and they tell me the best way to cook and make it amazing,y tender etc etc

Yes, always best to go to butchers for fresh meat. Far better than the pre-packed in supermarkets. Minted lamb. My favourite. Those burgers look delish.

Oh Keith those burgers looked really nice I use my chefree grill a lot I've noticed when you cook bacon on it you dont get the white coming out of it I get my bacon from aldi it's a double pack it's the essential range and the bacon is thick cut and it cooks ever so quickly on the airfryer grill inoticed your burgers did not shrink you had fried yhem they might of done enjoy othrr burgers and sausage all cooked on your chefree grill love to you and Nat love fran xxx
