I agree I think it's a great proof of concept for an anthology horror series. I would love more focus on the Curator in Season 2! Why was Man of Medan your favorite? Also let me know of other narrative focused titles you enjoy! We may cover them. :)

Little hope is awesome and man of medan isn't my cup of tea because I don't remember anything of it. House of ashes how can I not remember a suffocating (literally) game? Devil in me, with the whole Dumet and HH Holmes murders is my favorite.

I’d say If each of the four tales sound interesting then pick up the bundle. It’ll be well worth your time especially since there is enough reason to play each at least twice. If only 2 or 3 sound interesting get them on sale!

Just know house of ashes is essentially the best of the four with Little Hope and Devil in me not far behind. The free dlc chapter for man of Medan does make the second half better! I would love to hear your thoughts once you play them! Be sure to stick around we got a ton of great analysis in the coming weeks :)

In my own view and i don't wana say it's nearly fact but it is worth it. There may be some things that are meh about some games but they do improve in some ways. Terms of mechanics (Ik TDIM was bugged cause of the many mechanics) but they did improve in general too. Character writing for some improved. Visual yes, graphics, sound. Dialogue. HOA was weakest in scares TDIM best. The storys improved. Some tweaks could have been done but yano. LH wasnt a bad one. TDIM had a great one. Facial expressions some were not good some great. Lip movements meh but alot of time was good. People would complain for that. But its true. TDIM was best gore and was rough like insane. Lots of other stuff too.

I love these games. Im making them into movies. digitally removing game elements and glitches and re-edit the whole thing. I have 2 of 3 episodes for House of Ashes uploaded on my channel. 3rd episode should drop in a week or so. takes 100+ hrs of work for each 1 hr episode.

This series is ok overall. I love Until Dawn and espcially The Quarry so this team can produce excellent movie games when given the budget. But the lack of budget really is shown in numerous ways. Short run times, lack of interesting characters, TWO fucking fake outs with Man of Medan and Little Hope. Man of Medan is ok that fake out kinda makes sense. The Little Hope fakeout is absolutely terrible and is just a legit terrible game. House of Ashes tho is fantastic. Choices actually matter there are such a variety of paths and death moments and its an intersting story to boot. And the threats are real! Anyways i look forward to season 2 at the end of the day ill keep buying these theyre very hit or miss. I'd prefer they focus on less frequent but bigger budget full experiences bc they really do excel at that. Also comparing Little Hope to silent hill in any capacity is a huge insult to sh lol

It's funny cause when I played Little Hope my friend Cody was meh towards the reveal and I was balling my eyes out. House of Ashes is probably the best in season 1. I prefer the Quarry in terms of longer run times but I do find it funny how House of Ashes had the best ending scenarios and it was the only title where the finale has no decisions outside of QTE's.

Regardless of opinions on the series I have not spoken to a single person who did not love those two. It’s such a simple story executed so well. Love the ending where Jason sees Salim off into the sunset. Here’s hoping we get a season 2!
