you have to go to small grocery shopes and wet markets. The A1 sold in supermarkets looks and taste different!

Hi, I have not cooked such a big batch before, so I would suggest 2 packet of curry mix. I always eye-ball the amount of water. Just a little less than covering the food. Coconut cream, about 130ml? Hope this helps.
