I don’t think it has to do with race or how a person is raised. There are a lot of factors. Everyone wants to cite to some reason people fall outside of the norms of society but it could happen to anyone regardless of race or background. It’s a personal choice. 1. The first woman is more concerned about getting out than showing any appreciation for why she’s there. 2. This guy isn’t so bad. I think he’s in a bad environment but hopefully he will take the court seriously and work to abide by the court order and live a more successful life. I do think that is an issue too. With housing prices where is he supposed to go? 3. He’s an alcoholic and that’s sad but that’s how 23 shots got into him. @happyhatter10 күн бұрын
@@LuckYeti I would like an investigation into whether he went to the person’s work by foot or if he drove there after his body was used by an imposter and downed 23 shots. I also wonder what shots he was doing. It’s interesting because all of these people, including the woman who I think is homeless and a prostitute because she said she works on the street and that’s what streetwalkers say, want to get back to work and don’t want to be in jail. So they’re at least working. Hopefully the whole lot of them are able to make better choices, but no one in the clip did anything horrific. - Person 1: trespass. She should have left but again she’s homeless so she’s kind of out wandering around. -Person 2: He stole something but he’s been working and landscaping is very laborious work. He seems to like it and if I were the judge I would have said hey that’s great do that instead of stealing or driving under the influence, instead he is put down and lectured about putting himself in a bad position. It’s likely he can’t control if his cousins come to his house but if he can I do think it’s good the judge explained to him that he needs to differentiate himself by separating himself. Unfortunately, I think he’s in the family landscaping business so it’s hard to distance himself too much. - Person 3: he is an alcoholic and he went to someone’s work place and yelled probably. Should he have done it? No. But many people get drunk and write stupid stuff or do stupid stuff when they’re alcoholics, or just merely drunk. Hopefully he wakes up and realizes that he can’t go to a bar and drink anymore. He needs to take accountability. But ultimately he didn’t do anything horrific. I don’t think he threatened the person’s life but if he did then a protective order should suffice. I don’t see how any of these people are considered awful based on the charges I’m hearing but that’s just me. I don’t understand his argument that he was drunk other than I think he recognizes he wouldn’t behave like that sober. I wonder how much of his previous record was based on events after having a demon take over his body and down excessive amounts of alcohol.

Here in the real world where the rest of us live with real lawncare business it's a hundred bucks usually minimum and I know tons and tons of wealthy people who pay $500 and up per month because they have extremely nice yards that require a lot of upkeep...... The lawncare business has made me many many many many many many many wealthy people in the country. I have no idea what the hell the judge was smoking on this day I can say what truly separates him from being one of the best judges I've ever seen is he simply lacks a ton of life experience apparently because this was the first huge obvious sign, but he's made plenty of other comments that just make it kind of clear that he must have been sort of sheltered and doesn't have a whole lot of real world first person experience.... I'm going to have to disagree with the judge on this one and I can't believe how uneducated he is on this subject but I've got several buddies that started lawn businesses out of high school that are now millionaires...... By doing landscaping and cutting grass..... I have no idea what the judge is thinking here but he is very very wrong. He made a huge mistake here disparaging this guy for being in the lawn care business and I really really hope someone in his personal life corrects him on it. I also would like him to refer me to his lawn care service that only charges $20................... I have no idea what world he was living in when he woke up this morning...... I know lots and lots of wealthy people who pay $500+ a month because they have such a nice yard and that much to upkeep

Thank you for pointing out that this can be a profitable business. Also, perhaps it doesn't apply to this particular defendant, but there's no dishonor in a reputable job. Not everyone can have, or can aspire to have a six figure income.

Wish, if there was actual evidence of a crime and that he did it, that they would not dismiss charges. It does not protect the public, it does not serve the public good.

Can't even crap. Pretty sure judge Fletcher's verbal talks may be worse than jail.

Judge Fleischer, trying so hard to impart parental advice that defendant Rogers seems to lack. He lives with his grandmother. Where are his parents? Where is his grandfather? This young man is starting out with two strikes against him. Drink from the fountain of wisdom! Don’t just gargle!
