Great reaction.. i think it's important that Sidney said she wanted to get a star and Carmy said you have to care more about this than anything else.. Carmy because he has kept a star understands that they aren't trying to achieve great taste.. but are trying to achieve the exact specific taste.. Sydney admires Carmy and wants to impress him more than anything.. but also is hoping to own it at his level
