just a quick one, using squeezy garlic/ginger will leave a different taste, ideally always use fresh like what you've done, also add some water to make a paste.. 😀

Very good advert for muscle food meat and there produce and what they say on the packet ... No added water that chicken looked fab when you where frying it can't wait to see the cheeky sausage sandwich and the taste test

Fabulous fusion food, Keith🤤. Love the combo, and the oyster sauce fried rice idea💡. Can't imagine life without a bottle of decent oyster sauce, and Thai fish sauce in't cupboard. Two of the best seasonings goin'....oh, and MSG too👍

Hello Keith & Nat 🙂 i think you are onto a winner with Those Marinades from Mister Marinade 👍 as that looked absolutely Delicious, and you could see how well seasoned they look, so impressed mate another cracking plate of Grub and love the Egg Fried rice too, i'd scoff the Whole pan haha 🙂
