For your info: "Fragged" is the highest vault difficulty, mobs deals double damage compared to "Impossible".

For a possible challenge, maybe you could each bring a set of unidentified gear into a vault, roll it there, and use it as it is in the vault? You could unspec all of your skill points as well and try to quickly make a build out of the gear you got

Difficulty idea for past FRAGGED... its basically just FRAGGED + a few stacks of speedy mobs + baby mobs only... you could call this difficulty "Crawlin n Brawlin"

I would love for the altars to all have a different challenge and work a bit like the elixir objective. For example Velara: living, wooden and ores. Thenos: ornate, gilded and coins. Idona: mob kills. Wendar: return in a specific time frame.

On the topic of powerful builds, I think as long as there is little or no PVP element to a game, balancing builds just means there's a reasonable challenge, while fun-to-play builds are still viable. It's okay to min-max, but I should be able to just use whatever abilities are my favorite and have some success.

Regarding nerfing thorns or any other ability; it seems that at end game, with the right gear and play style it seems that almost every ability really should be OP - even if only to hordes or only to single targets/tanks. Some of that will come with tradeoffs (e.g. Harry's pacifist/drill build is amazing at looting at the cost of being useless for most enemies that aren't horde mobs). I like the idea of not nerfing any one skill, but also limiting the number of skill points and forces you to make choices.

Etho’s treasure chest luck is 0.088% (about 9 in 10,000)! Assuming I applied the binomial probability formula correctly and the chest scroll is a 1 in 70 change.

If you split those god altars and the reputation points, how about this? Could your team make a quest system, that counts the dungeon rooms while generating (like 2x dragon, 1x blacksmith...) and the quest system then prompts you with "find [unique] room and do task X", and X could be clear out all mobs or find item Y (like a special quest item that has no other purpose, except maybe a ncie soul value, if you fail to hand it in, that spawns in one random chest/coinpile/ore in that room) or maybe kill a miniboss of some kind. Would be amazing to have another type of quests than "kill x amounts of mobs"/"loot x amount of chests"

Life leech is percentage so it will be the same effective hp either way, more health just means flat values heal for less and you get hurt for more

I have one and that is to start at lvl 100, on fragged difficulty, on vault hardcore and arcade mode but no gear(armour/ pick axe/sickle) or weapons. The goal would be get full gear and a weapon before the other person.

I feel like thorns is counter intuitive to your vampire build as you want to lucky hit as often as possible and the thorns ticks can negate a sword swing

Good idea: I think that now vault hunters is in pretty good state, and I think after killing the boss after level 100 it should update the vaults and unlock new monsters and items, let me explain, let's say until this state is like normal Terraria, but after killing the boss at level 100 you unlock 'hardcore' and adds new levels let's say to level 300, the vaults are getting even more difficult with new more strong monsters and maybe new more difficult designs but and you get new items, items for potential new builds etc. , of course and for the new levels you can get new skills, those skills will be available only after you defeat the boss at level 100. I personally think this will add more to the game and it will be for the long play. Like if you like the idea.

i have maxroll thorns and prefix legendary thorns on my shield. i just stand there and everything dies. still not full convinced of wands/foci. but im interested to see where etho takes his build. my current build is lucky hit crit/cleave and thorns with high armor. with nearly 170 i barely take damage.

This is to easy for Etho he needs an Etho difficulty, 1000% mob damage and the entire vault is gonna be "toxic" as it constantly drains some life away each second, like the Doom 3 nightmare difficulty. And there needs to be constant mana drain . call the difficulty "Etho'd" and the death message would say "you've been Etho'd" .

Iskall, you once said in an prior vid of yours that you have ideas of 2 more focus, one being to lock a attribute on a gear and one to be able to get a legendary modifier, I would like to ask questions about them both, like when using the locking focus, is the attribute locked of our own choosing or random? And the same when using a legendary focus. Aside from that, would the legendary focus add a legendary modifier if there is space, or will the space be required for it?
