So What Elsa’s New was written for Dr. Elsa Ludewig-Verdehr and F. Gerald Errante, and composed with their energetic personalities and lives in mind. Jazz elements were incorporated for Errante and strong dynamics and “happy” sounding music to reflect Verdehr’s fervent presence.
Performed at the La Porte HS PAC on May 10, 2024.
