I really enjoyed Richards mother treating Emily like that and you are right Richard prefer to bond with rory than fix his relationship with lorelai because he sees her as a second chance no i don't think they should had been that upset with lorelai cutting ties with them when she was younger because in a way she was right rory was her daughter and her responsibility they had there chance as parents

I liked this series when it was on! Although sometimes the fast talking sarcasm and trying to be quick witted got tiresome. Don’t forget to watch the specials that followed years later!
