Soak up the Serene Atmosphere of Rural ENGLAND on a Misty Morning

So, today we are out and about walking for a revisit in the Cotswold hamlet of Caudle Green in Gloucestershire, England. Caudle Green is seven miles south of the Spa town of Cheltenham and five miles east of the historic town of Painswick. Cheltenham is the post town for Caudle Green.
Caudle Green feels like a village that is un-spoilt, timeless and very charming, with its beautiful honey coloured Cotswold stone cottages and walls with clear roads. The surrounding countryside is perfect for a relaxing walk / ramble at any time of the year.
There is just one 'not so' hidden logo within this video.

Very beautiful and gentle walk in the English countryside. Light fog gives a sense of romantic mystery. It is very pleasant and good for the mind; relaxing; the water flowing in the meadows is good for the mind too. Bird song too!! Thank you Friend OAAW. 😀😀😀😀😀

How fab a walk was that? Thank you OAAW! I'm always so glad to see red phone boxes or doubledecker buses - that's England. I love love love all the snowdrops you have! I planted some in my yard several years ago. One or two bulbs sent up flowers a couple of years, but that was it. The carpets of them you have were so lovely to see! And the bench under the tree by the wall... I was so ready to sit in the mist for a bit and just be....

Thanks 😊. Was there a second step stile? Was it next to the gate or nearby? I honestly did not see it, if I had I would of gone over it. Foggydew. Winter sure thatches the fields and mucks the footing. Right good to see the ponies all snuggle bunny'd and that one even sports a 1970 turtleneck. Gorgeous wild Galanthus snowdrops, I've a huge clay pot blooming with their sisters, Leucojun summer snowflakes...the dandies (daffodils) me see sunshining too. Bulbs are related to ya Sir🕶️, they lay in hiding awaiting the right weather to "spring out". I so enjoy the way you revisit places in different incliments- very homey! Pardon but THAT is the cleanest Cotswold bench! & look everybody, a long bolt! You've really blossomed yourself SirRascally, your antic closeups are quite bonzer! 😁 And so, what's 🚶doing in that barn me wonders. 🤍 18:40 & 20:52. This walk was fun, & I didn't slip once! Good day, L.J. How are you today? It seems like ages since we last spoke 😉😁. Oh, I remember the 70’s turtle neck vividly but yes the ponies looked very happy and content which is wonderful. You sound very clued up on snowdrops, I just know them as “snowdrops”. It won’t be too long before bluebell season is upon us again :). The next time we visit C.G we will start from the ending segment & work our way back up the hill, perhaps a summer evening visit would be nice. I kid you not but when I saw the long bolt I thought of you…I thought to myself L.J is going to love this bolt, purely because it really stands out and gives to what is a brief scene a little something extra 🙂. I remember the last time you walked though Caudle Green, it was mesmerizing and it still is! For some reason, specially with the mist and dreary weather, it gets my writer`s mind going. I picture someone feeling nostalgic, sitting under the giant tree with snowdrops underneath the barren branches, thinking about life and years gone by.... It just has that type of atmosphere. It`s not sad, but serene , with a sense of gratitude. 🌳
