Have you ever get the "carriages not connected error" just got this printer as a gift but is giving me this error I don't know what to do, any advise?

Turn off the printer. Move the prinhead to the left. Turn on the printer. It would reset itself.

Hello we are having problem where the print head seems to stay in home lock position. Also get scan error 0040 and 0050 Any help thank you
