We have no issue unplug for 1 week as long as you have good quality cap top. Our Jerbest ink works very well for the BM-20. 220ml for $45.

Do you open the lines back up before you turn the machine back on? Or after you've let it boot back up?

You need to connect the lines before you turn the machine on again.

I got all my nozzles back and they are working ok. So thanks. My next new problem is that when after a few job my blue would disappear again, only after I do a powerful cleaning then I will comeback. That do you this is the problem?

You need to replace dampers. Use original dampers. Our website sells it.

Question, my wife has that exact printer bit she is to shy to ask Questions. So here it goes, she hasn't used over a year now and she just getting back in the game. Question is, everything us on, and it's moving but it's not printing what could be the problem. It's git the ink cartridges but nothing is printing..any lil help will work. Thanks in advance

Do you think replacing the cap station is the answer to clogged nozzles rather than replacing the print head.

First thing to do. Buy an original cap top. We sell it on our website. We pick up BN-20 machines for little money because they decided to put on an aftermarket cap top.

I'm having a problem with the black, soaked the print head still not working. Have done about 20 cleanings, just wasting ink. Any ideas?

You can close the line by making a knott as well. The goal is to close it so the solution doesn't come through
