ORGANISATION :
- 2 pics Agility Ladder
- 5 Cones and 4 Inflatable Portable Training Defender or (place that 4 Cones)

PROCESS :
After player number 1 does his agility work on the training ladder, player number 2, who is waiting for him to finish the ladder, passes the ball to player number 1 and takes the place of player number 1 after completing the slalom without the ball and then the training ladder in front of him. The player number 1, who previously received the pass from player number 2, passes the ball to player number 1. After finishing dribbling with the ball, he runs with the ball and takes the starting place of player number 2. The work continues like this.
