If you are SERIOUS about getting stronger legs... Listen to the advice in the beginning of this video. Yes, body weight leg workouts like this will increase your strength, endurance, and definition. However, if you want BIG increases in leg strength you need to start SQUATING. Don't be an IDIOT and try to squat 500 pounds the first time you go to the gym. But start with a weight that is challenging for you and consistently build your way up. Works so well ! I tried this by testing my leg strength first by smashing a ball into the net with a speed gauge and then I did the exercise since I’m 13 I had a 1 minute break every 15 reps or 10 reps depending on the exercise and added extra like while the 1 minute I would do light stretching and I added some extra stretches like equatorial lungs don’t know what this one is called but it’s like Bulgarian split squats but put your leg straight on a chair and squat down then tested after and got an extra 15-25 extra mph which I was surprised I will definitely keep doing this 👍🏻

Just a little bit of a hint, on basic squats try to sit in to the squat like you would sit down on to a chair and keep your chest straight, that should hopefully help you stay on all your feet and not just your toes when squatting, obviously you don't have to take my advice it's there for you to take or leave your choice :) When you do your sumo squats try not to curve your back when going down in to the squat, try to keep it straight as this could cause you problems with your back in later life or even sooner than you think, I'm saving up for a good camera to show and explain how to do exercises correctly since I'm a gym instructor working to become a person trainer :) With doing lungees try to keep your heal on the floor because you lift up your heal your knee is going over your foot and that's not supposed to happen, obviously people do them all different types of ways and like I say none of my advice/tips you have to take, you could ignore everything it's up to you :) hope these help you Dylan and any one else who decides to take my advice, Siobhan.

Great. I have good technique but I must improve my muscles. Some kids told me that I'm not strong enough for football but I will not give up. I think that greatest players had similar problems when they started to play. the point is to stay in the game. That's strenght. :)

Little tip for everyone, Power up when doing exercises. so go down slow (concentric) and go up fast (eccentric idk if i mixed them up but you get what im saying conceptually)

Your foot. You can't let your heel touch the ground while doing the squat so it is faster than basic squat

No it's bad you want to try and keep your back as straight as possible.

After doing it everyday for about 2 weeks. I already get used to my weight so when I do the workout I don’t even fell that my legs are working out. And in the field I am more explosive and can win more balls easily.

It will burn and you will feel your legs hardening but go for 5 min or 10 min that's where improvement starts
