This was super helpful, my club volleyball back in high school didn’t cover strength training so this is just what I need to get my body back in shape for the sport. Thank you!

thanks a lot for this video, are any of these not suitable for me if i have scoliosis?
@PowerLuxFitness Жыл бұрын
You're welcome! It's hard for me to say since we're not there training in person, but I'd just advise for you to speak with your medical professional and/or certified trainer/specialist before performing questionable exercises to make sure they are good!

For the kettle belt exercise, can we use dumbbells?
@PowerLuxFitness7 ай бұрын
You can use a dumbbell to elicit the same strength adaptation, however, what's great about the KB is the strength and stability it requires from the wrist all the way to the shoulder. Especially for volleyball, this is super important, so ideally we would use a KB for this variation.

How many sets/reps
@PowerLuxFitness11 ай бұрын
It honestly depends on so many different variables and factors. If there is a specific exercise you have in mind, maybe I can give you a more narrowed down answer, but sets & reps differ so vastly for exercises. Sorry!

Tell me you don't know what you talking about without telling me... if this are the best strengths exercises you were too do for preseason, i want to play against the players in this team, because my team will be stronger, faster, and over them. Time and effort is gold. Instead of doing all these useless exercises it would be better to do SIIT, compound movements and bleachers. Lots of stretching and special attention to shoulder training. This would be a waste of training and energy that could go into so many other exercises.
