The rolls royce story was exactly similar only the character in my story was flagship phones like iphone pro max and samsung ultras I had been spending hours searching about these Watching more than 100 comparision videos which one is better blah blah Antutu test geek bench blah blah As a student i know during my preparation phase for exams there is no such need of iphones etc ! But i was continuously wasting time watching each and every detail of iphones and as you said in my mind it was like i owned one ! And after realising that i don't have flagship phones ; eventually i become frustrated.. non sense anger etc !! But after the video i promise you guru ji I'll be working very hard on my goals rather than been distracting by the trap of social media and will become successful enough to buy myself an iphone or flagships !! Smartphone can take 7 to 8 hours of your time because you can be addicted to it. It can be a loss for students. I am suffering from such addiction and i am not being able to leave it. I was the topper of my class but after getting internet i become addicted to it now i lost my interest in studies. Till now I have spent 5 years with internet and I have spent a lot of time watching funny vedio, comedy, vlogs, songs, cricket, films, sports and many more. I learnt a lot of things from internet but gradually lost my interest in studies. My aim was to be a scientist before I use internet after I use internet my aim changed many times, eventually leading me to aimless. I have tried a lot to get out of my addiction but failed. Thank you sir for talking on this matter.

Everything on point. One thing that I'd like to add, as you told in the last that the platforms have been created in a way to keep you running in the loop - I read the same about CocoMelon (kids' cartoon channel on KZbin). They have hired professionals and work hard so that the babies/kids can't take their eyes off their content. And in case they do, they work on that particular scene/video to avoid this thing. And this is really dangerous 😮

When we watch reels or shorts, our listening ability decreases and we cannot listen to someone for more than a minute. Because of watching new things, anger and tension develop in our minds.
