You said in this talk that Trump cannot be a bonapartist because of the state of class relations. I think now the game has changed. With Palestine straining the relationship between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat with genocide, and with the increase in workers movements, I think the democrat faction of the bourgeoisie could give power to Trump to do whatever needs to be done to restore order, with tacit support from democrats.

He certainly has the conditions amongst the proletariat, and the bourgeois for such, but hes not above the state yet. I point to the election fraud claims. He failed, but he made a successful pushback against bourgeois democracy. He has successfully resisted a legal attack , but so far he was successfully charged, and replaced from power. Its currently uncertain as to whether he will be a bonpartist or not. This does not mean your incorrect, to the contrary, your preemptive. You may turn out to successfully have predicted it. Im far too shy to make such bold proclaimations at the minute. He may still loose control to the bourgeois

If you think it is an unfair and rotten regime that only protects the interests of the exploitor class, well that's just how bourgeois democracy is in general. Do you agree that in China, Russia, etc, for various historical reasons the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie takes a different form than in the UK?

Because the UK is not under a Bonapartist dictatorship, while Russia and China are. In the UK there is a bourgeois democracy. The members of the ruling class are politically represented in this democracy, while there is no bourgeois democracy under a Bonapartist regime.

The "proletarian" naming in this context is meant to highlight how the regime defended a collectivized and planned economy as opposed to private property and a free market. A very distinct feature. Also noteworthy is that Bourgeois Bonapartism do not refrain from beating down on capitalists at times even if it is ultimately their interests they represent and defend. Why? Because Bonapartism seeks to defend the regime itself first and foremost. Meaning class associations is no guarantee from harm. But in a more literal sense, yes, there is nothing "proletarian" about purging fellow socialists and communists. Nor should Stalin and his Bonapartist regime be seen as an example of proletarian or communist values put into practice.

It is a mistake for people to conflate public servants and the state as an arm of Socialism / Communism in a class society. The state and the public servants are vehicles of influence of the ruling class. Public servants will not abolish private property, activate direct democracy as opposed to the current oligarchical system, and recall to all public delegates, and implement labor-time voucher in lie of transferable money. All the above are communist policies, and the class interests of the ruling class and the state will always deny their implementation.
