These look yummy! I wish to have seen the middle of the cookie at the end. I'm trying to find a recipe for a cookie I've had in Greece. I think these might be them. Are they very soft on the inside and a bit crunchy on the outside? =)

Θα το βρείτε εκει που έχει τις βανίλιες και τα χρώματα ζαχαροπλαστικής. Μπορεί να το εχει σαν άρωμα αμυγδάλου 😊

I don't own a food processer to chop the almonds, can I use almond flour and if so how many cups would I use?
