Hi Nikki, I just found your channel, and listening to you talk while making your bread brought back so many memories. I am also from Belize, and your Saturday routine is the same as I experienced. Only my granny was the one making the bread. I can still remember the smell of fresh bread baking that permeated the house. I loved her bread so much that as soon as it came out the oven I wanted my little one slathered with creamy butter. Thanks for the trip down memory lane!😊

Hi when you freeze the dough, do you do so after the it rises the second time around?

I wouldn’t freeze the dough but the finished bread. Make sure you wrap in aluminum foil, then plastic wrap and a freezer bag if possible depending on how long you’re keeping it in there. When reheating frozen bread keep in aluminum foil and bake at 300 or 325 degrees. I hope this helps.
