soft and light pancakes without milk//crepes recipe

Hi everyone,
I made these delicious pancakes and I couldn't wait to share the recipe with you(especially those who don't fancy milk)😁
Ingredients;
Bowl one-2 eggs,2 tablespoons sugar,½ tablespoon vanilla essence
Bowl two-½ a cup of wheat flour,1 cup water.
In the mixture I added 3 tablespoons of cooking oil then later added 2 more since the first pancake was a bit stuck on the pan.
