Makes 16 rolls
Mold size: Pan size: 22.9cm x 22.9cm x 5 cm
►Ingredients:
Bread Flour 350g
Sugar 50g
Salt 1g
Instant yeast 5g
1 egg
Milk 180ml
Unsalted Butter 55g (Softened)

模具尺寸: 22.9cm(長)*22.9cm(寬)*5cm(高)公分
材料:
高筋麵粉 350克
砂糖 50克
鹽 1克
速發乾酵母 5克
蛋 1 顆
鮮奶 180克
無鹽奶油 (室溫) 55克

Hi... May I know fan-forced top and bottom heat or just top n bottom heat will do?

請问师父,我用你的水浴法日式芝士蛋糕食谱做了三次都失败,不熟。我的面糊搅拌的很顺滑,温度从130c-150c都試过,前面烘40分钟水浴法,然后又转去水蒸法40分钟,也試过。转去直接烘也試过,都不熟。有什么可以解决的辦法?因为这蛋糕是我的最爱。謝謝

如果麵糊攪拌完全正確第一次用低溫烤的時候蛋糕不會膨脹得很大,用低溫長時間去烤是為了讓蛋糕內部熟透,最後15分鐘提高溫度讓蛋糕膨脹上色。請問你一開始用低溫烤的時候蛋糕有沒有已經開始膨脹得很快很高,如果有的話,那就代表烤箱的溫度太高。可以買一個烤箱溫度計確保烤箱溫度不太高。
