I don’t own any octas or strip boxes. I have a small Godox quad and just getting into lighting. Bought an ad200pro two weeks ago on your recommendation and loving it. I’m learning so much. Thank you Markus 🙏

haha that issue with the parasnap is the exact issue i just found out when i received it. the whole idea is supposed to be the portability but it wont fit into any of my bags or cases. its just been sitting at home every shoot i go to because i dont want to carry it separate from my other bags.

Thanks for pointing out the downfalls of the parasnap. Other reviews have mentioned the color shift as well. Might be ok if only using one box. In studio I use multiple. And the others won't match with the color. Might not work for me. I may get one someday to see if it's useful. But it's possible I may not like it either. Sucks I'm late to the giveaway party.

Honestly any softbox is a great soft box, just depends on learning it and using it for its specific light manipulation. I love watching your videos of using them all. Light control is so important.

Markus you are awesome. I've watched dozens of your videos, this is the first time I've been able to enter your giveaway. I recently watched Camera Conspiracies's roasts of various channels and he said he can't possibly roast you because you're too nice. I hope I can get an octabox so I can stop trying to make my Aputure Lantern directional with the funky skirt it comes with that takes longer to put on than setting up a softbox.

I shoot in locations with cooler backdrops and have to work my white balance sometimes anyway. Those para snaps look interesting and might strap down to a backpack like the one I carry easier 😊

I'm not interested in video making as much as producing beautiful photographs and some older camera still produce beautiful photos. sorry for the long message i just didnt know where best to ask this i just notice thick channel is very honest and almost the only one so sorry i like to buy a camera from 200 to 350 euros i like the - sony hdr-cx405 - - there is one thing that I don't like is that there is no microphone input, so I want another camera that is just as good but has a microphone input but which camera should I buy I would like a camcorder where you can view the screen turn around and a long battery life and it doesn't matter if it's a used model so you can be a bit flutter with the new price then I'll buy it secondhand
