That asking price needs to start with a "3" if they're in a hurry to sell. Or it could be a future rental. There are comp sales at around 410k, plus they are really close to the turnpike.

Robyn, just a thought, you may want to do some professional videos, the cellphone videos just doesn’t do any justice to some homes. The lighting is poor, the constant panning is a bit dizzying. Full views of the inside home rooms to get the full effects. IMO.

@@Robyncavallaro I am not trying to be mean, but, if you only want a glowing report on your videos, how can that help you to try to make any improvements. I used to be in Real estate years ago, and I have seen many videos of homes. Whatever type of camera you are using just doesn’t show the home in the best light. Again, it’s only my opinion. Many others may love it. Please don’t take only my opinion, if you’re putting it on video for all to see, wouldn’t you want to hear the good as well as maybe not so good from others? Good luck, and hope it sells fast, selling homes is a hard job.
