From what I could see, it’s a gorgeous little place. I just couldn’t finish the video, it was making me dizzy. We didn’t get to see the bathroom, we just saw part of the shower.

I do a lot of filming of vintage campers, and they are usually small. I am reading a lot of comments about people saying they can't see the whole thing, and I got the same kind of comments on my older videos. I had to buy a phone with a wide-angle lens for videos. Check and see if your phone has that option. It makes much better videos in small spaces.

I love the wood interior. I don't know what it is but it just feels comfortable. I will definitely be on the look out for her next one that she is doing. This home is awesome. The two lofts are perfect. Would of loved to see the whole tiny home from the outside.

This would make a great home for a family with a couple of kids (twin beds in 2nd loft and back bedroom), or for someone who works from home (back room as an office), or for a couple who have frequent visitors. Very lovely! Great storage! I agree with putting a small loveseat in the living room. Can't wait to see your new home!! 😊

Randy may want a fee to be in the Forest which is separate from the monthly rent. The Mountain already has the fee I think of $15,000 plus the monthly fee. That is for Randy. The $105,000 is only for the house for her. If she sell the Mountain home that is more I bet either the Charleston for $90,000 or the Birmingham for $105,000 and that is separate for her. So this sale of either or has to be spelled out. And with what the need is separate too like the skirting.

That is what I was thinking. She paid her fee but whoever get this home will have to pay the seed money for the lot they want, I am only guessing. Plus I heard something about property taxes. Any idea on that ? I love the windows on the stairway wall. The home is perfect.

Beautiful home! I have the same picture of the girl with curly hair that she has in that back room - only had a glimpse of it as you left the room. I have had that picture since the late 70's! I have never seen it anywhere else but I don't know where I got it from., but in had to be up North. Lovely home and lot! Thank you!
