I was a biologist for the feds in this neighborhood. I know this land. I've walked, fished and analyzed it. It has an incredible potential for recreation waters and even aquaculture that have never been tapped into. It can range from a few subtle habitat enhancements for trophy size trout, up to a whole new spring creek and larger lake for rainbow / redband, brook, cutthroat trout and landlocked atlantic salmon. I left out brown trout because I don't think they bring that much value to the land compared to the other species. There is hidden value here.
