Out of all the properties I've seen on this channel...and that's been all of them....THIS IS THE ONE! A few of my law enforcement partners and our families could finally relax and not have to watch over our shoulders when we retire next year! Mr. Renfrew, if you could just buy this for us and my family will just pay you 4k a month until our bloodline dies off. LOL But seriously, THE BEST property I've seen. It's almost impossible to get fire insurance in California, and if you can it will be extremely expensive.

Beautiful area, but you're very isolated ( which I like) but you're not going to have access a lot of luxuries and healthcare is probably hit and miss as Redding is the only town of size.

Cost of living taxes are the problem along with the high level of crime and dumb politics that why everyone who has money is leaving
