Yet another beauty of a property..what an ingenious idea to have the garage built under the pool brilliant way to save space , what a location for the property right at the top of the hill looking down and around everything else, the livning space and the sitting area are just so welcoming, warm and as you said bright, the smell from that lavander will be very aromatic , oh my goodness have to argree the grand loft is the best part of the property, words fails me,those oak beams are just so beautiful with that exposed stone whoa, that would be my place to stay on the property, some lucky person now owns this brilliant property.

This video has everything that I like from this channel, every element, the exposition, the music, the editing tricks like the the appearing with a snap of the fingers to get the views of the nearby town, there was something beautiful in every shot, the house is very charming, very inviting, it's really complete, the restaurant is lovely. I agree that the loft is the best thing of the property, it’s breathtaking, and immediately thought it’s a space to enjoy in company, I did want to know what piano nobile meant.

Hi Bolin, this property truly has everything surrounded by luxury! The loft is a special place, the finishes are perfect :)... Piano nobile is a floor that is slightly elevated in respet to the ground floor but is lower the the first floor, it thake the name of noble floor because back in the day it iw where nobility lived cause the ground floor was for the help - Stefanie

This property is amazing just viewing it for the 1st time the last two days, and sad that it has been sold, but STEFANIE you are Amazing in all the tours that you do, just watched quite a few of them today for the 1st time!! This estate just has the great amenities, always look for a tennis court if possible. Love that converted farmhouse that Loft is Spectacular!! And have never been there in person yet but had an affinity for the Lucca area!!
