Actually, the price for the villa is somewhat reasonable. The only unknown is what it would take cost wise to bring it up to modern decor. Otherwise, price is not bad at all for the location and view. Coming from South. California, comparable view would be twice what the cost of this villa

Another nice property! This one is small enough to rent out to a couple, or small family. The home has a lot of potential and size and with the right team could be completely renovated from top to bottom. I personally don't see any overwhelming characteristics to keep in the interior, which is good because the space can be reworked and customized - as you suggested moving the kitchen and adding another bedroom on the main floor. That view is exactly why people travel several hours and pay thousands of dollars to enjoy! A good upgrade will bring a lot of income to this place.
