Sounds sooo professional. This video is EXCELLENT. All bodybuilders may see this video. The bodybuilders train only their gastronemius (calves) and their legs looks not very nice because the lower soleus muscle is left without hypertropy. Most bodybuilder's legs looks like an apple on a pencil because they forget to train the soleus muscles.

Is sore soleus after running due to tight weak soleus or a symptom of weak gluteus or something.
