my thing is... when you are paying premium money for these new "flagship" mixers which are supposed to be *designed* for cutting and heavy use in all kinds of environments, we should not be having fader problems. Specially if they aren't being abused or just overused. The crossfader is a part that they keep getting wrong. Version after version after new version of a product, in 2020, why is this still happening?!!! 🤬 Crossfaders are not a new thing! Mixers of old even, had less problems with fader construction and reliability. Give us a damn break!

I still have all the original faders in my 57. I probably cleaned and lubed the faders 10 times in 10 years.

I use a stanton sk1 with a focus fader use to use a stanton sa3 with a p&g fader

Awesome video. Thought i was the only one experiencing this problem. Can you do a video on the rane 12 gen 2...how to adjusting control vinyl tension with the quick release, washers, slip mats etc. Thanks

Jay Werx I believe that Inmusic stops making the 72, when they run out of parts, and fokus on the 70.

Why doesn’t anyone ever mention the stock fader height on the 72??? It is incredibly too high.
