@@CADCAMTutorials tool design engineer. We drive our tooling parametrically from a product design model. Also use a third party module called Logopress. Using parametrics speeds up design time by changing out the driving model to a new one. Which inherently makes components change shape based on the new configuration. We use PDM.as well. There is a routine built in PDM called “copy tree” This allows us to use an existing design and change the the name of all components (typically 100’s) of parts and all the drawings. The need for new drawings is mostly eliminated and some will be just a rebuild and save.
