Thats the way to adventure eze, I had to laugh when you were collecting fire wood, the famous saying came to mind. Your guna need a big boat 🤣🤣. Pity you had to still clear up people’s rubbish tho. Keep up adventuring. Maxxx

Hahah yeah luckily I responsibly gave my lifejacket to the firewood to hold it all in place lol... Wasn't too much rubbish on this one and always feels awesome to leave it better than finding it :-) - Thanks for watching max as always!

You inspired me to kayak to a local island here in South Florida and clean is up a little. Managed to fill a 13 gallon bag and found two other bags filled by someone else but left behind. Managed to take it all out.

Wow that's so awesome !!! Well done you!!! That makes me so happy in 2 ways: 1) that you got out on an adventure and 2) that you cleaned up a ton of rubbish. Hopefully someone saw you and you may have inspired someone in turn!

We really enjoyed this video Eze. It’s true, we all benefit from being outdoors and it’s good to notice the simple things in life which are often free don’t you think ? I (Selina) also collect rubbish from our local beaches when out on our walks, it’s incredible what you find but for me party balloons 🎈 are the worst thing. Thanks for another inspiring video, we are always so pleased we found your channel, Tim & Selina

Another beautiful Eze adventure 👍. I like what you said about noticing your emotions. I too pay a lot of attention to mine, and can see a striking difference depending on my location, exactly as you described it. With that in mind I keep searching and experimenting for ways to create some bliss even when I’m in a funk. I’ve had some modest successes, but still working on it.
@EzeAdventurer Жыл бұрын
Hey buddy thanks for watching and commenting, I appreciate you sharing your own thoughts on this. What works for you? I try to get out on walks, that seems to help 😀. Any tips welcome ! It’s amazing how huge of a shift in emotions and feelings we can experience with a change of location.

@@EzeAdventurer I’m also on a quest to reduce anxiety. Here’s where I’m at so far… When I’m wild camping, or sitting atop a mountain, or reclining by a pool on a hot summer’s afternoon, my internal vibe feels… calm? composed? blissful? These words felt accurate until I typed them, but I think you know what I mean. In any event, I’ve identified that during such experiences my entire sense of self improves: my energy is boosted, my food intolerances disappear, I even become more sociable and laugh more; in contrast to my normal grumpy self. *So here’s my insight:* I’ve been meditating for a number of years. Despite that I’d never really felt significant benefits until about a year ago. Now, in random moments during meditation I’m able to capture some of that bliss vibe. When I achieve it I get that same sense of wellbeing in my body. So I now intentionally affirm my meditations for that bliss, and it works, intermittently. It’s not as potent as wild camping. It’s the ‘low-res’ emotion of a wild camp. Not perfect but good enough. If you have any tips I’m all ears 😊👍

Hi Eze, congratulations for your channel and greetings from Yucatan. I have been with this solo camping via SUP or kayak and finally that moment has arrived, so I prefer the Inflatable SUP for easy transport and I like the board a little bit more, but I wanto to know what do you prefer? if you have a strong preference for the kayak let me know. Thanks in advance.
@EzeAdventurer11 ай бұрын
Hey man! The SUP is definitely more transportable so that's a big plus. I guess the kayak gives you more protection too and perhaps more suited for longer expeditions, where you'd likely be carrying quite a lot of weight. In the end, use whatever enables you to get out there and have an adventure! The gear doesn't really matter :-)
