2:40 to 3:13 those are some nice drills to use with a heavy bag. I also use a heavy bag for top transitions etc. I know this is an old video, but these are solid drills!

I went grappling lessons for the first time and didn't have time to ask someone to show me how to do the drills as they warmed up , I just was trying to watch and imitate , great that your video has alot the warm up routine and so next time I go I won't look so out of place ...thanks
