2:40 to 3:13 those are some nice drills to use with a heavy bag. I also use a heavy bag for top transitions etc. I know this is an old video, but these are solid drills!

Thank you I've been wondering how to improve my ground mobility (very peripheral practice/knowledge). Just one note, watch the reliance on the off arm for your roll outs. If there's force, you can mess up your collar bone or shoulder.

These are some good drills Knight Jiu-Jitsu. What is the technique behind the jacare crawls? What muscles does this exercise affect? I have been trying to do them but I am not sure if I'm doing it right.

Thanks. As for the direct application of the Jacare crawls, I’m not really sure, but it’s a good overall movement coordinating the upper and lower limbs with the core. It hits a lot of areas. It’s like adding pushups to bear crawls. I love doing them.
