This is really good and you don't have to worry about it going bad. "Chicken" Bullion Powder Ingredients • 2 cups nutritional yeast • 1/3 cup salt (can use less) • 1/4 cup garlic powder • 1/4 cup onion powder • 1/4 cup dried basil • 1/4 cup dried oregano • 1/4 cup dried rosemary • 2 tbsp pepper Instructions 1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until it is a fine powder. 2. To make broth: use 1 tbsp bouillon powder per 8 oz hot water

Caroline and Sadie I love watching your videos ❤️ You are living your best life, that takes a lot of courage and spunk. I'm so happy you took the initiative and fixed your own step instead of having someone fix it for you. Please for the love, season your cast iron. It hurt my eyes to look at all the rust on the cast iron pans and broke my Southern heart. A can of Crisco is cheap and easy for seasoning cast iron pans. Have a blessed day 😇❣️

Hi Carolyn Hi Sadie girl❣ Happy dance woohooooo!! Now you've got me rethinking my move to the mountains this weekend in Arizona because it's in the 80's there. But it's a 110 here! So I thought the eighties sounded nice and it's cool at night but the 60's sound even better lol

I do the same thing with greens. I'm vegan, so I try to throw spinach or kale into just about everything. Sometimes I'll throw in some arugula for a change, but it has a stronger flavor, so I only use it raw or throw it into a strong tasting dish, so it doesn't overpower the flavor. Sadie is an awesome watchdog...so alert. My dog is vegan and eats Wild Earth. She LOVES it. Safe travels, Carolyn. XOXOXO

Hi Carolyn. I watch you religiously but don't often comment cos i watch you on my smart tv and still haven't worked out how to comment on that. Just wanted to tell you of a flatbread you may be interested in using lentils. Soak 1 cup of lentils in 3 cups of water for at least 3 hours. Retain the water with the lentils and add your own selection of herbs and spices and blend with your blender until you get a batter consistency. Spread the mixture on a biscuit tray (cookie sheet) on some baking paper (don't use greaseproof cos it will stick).Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes and then turn it over and remove the paper before returning it to the oven for about 8 minutes. You can make this longer for chips or shorter time for a softer flatbread. You can also cook it in the frying pan like a pancake. Another idea is to do the same with Quinoa. Use 1 cup of Quinoa to one cup of water and of your herbs and spices and cook as for the lentil bread. If you add 2 cups of water it will make a softer bread (which is how i like it).You do not have to soak the Quinoa so this is a very fast addition to your meal. I especially like your road trips when I can get to see the beauty of your country but I also like your hikes and your laying around the camp days. Blessings

Good Job on the step! Good Girl Sadie for eating veggies! We rescued a Chihuahua last Sept. She is such a picky eater! She is almost 4 and we are at least her 3rd owners. Not too sure of all her history. I just wish she would eat more than she does. Your meal looked great! Have you ever tried Mustard Greens? I grew up in the south and collards were a staple for most meals. They are very mild. Once in a while we would have turnip greens or mustards. Mustards have a lot more flavor. I love Kale too! I even eat the stems. They are very frilly leaves and down here are usually full of sand. We put them in a lingerie bag and run them thru the handwash cycle of the washing machine. LOL My hubby wasn't a green eater until he met me. Took him a while to like collards and when I made mustards greens he liked the tons better.. HUGS~Donna

The stems of the kale is where most of the calcium is located. Just chop them fine and put them in first and let them cook a little longer than the greens. Cheers

yuuUUUmmmie!! I love trying different combos of spices. Here's a question...What makes you tolerant of the noisy, dust-kicking off road vehicles that zoom around the forest and past your rig? Is it because they go PAST fast, thus leaving you alone...?

High-five on solving, then fixing, the step issue!! The lentil meal you made looked delicious, by the way. Might have to give it a whirl. I recently made Shepherds Pie using lentils..not bad! ...PeAcE, and good health

That was a fun video. 👍 on the step. Girl Power. Sadie is very sweet and looks like a great companion. Looks like u are traveling in my territory. I’m in Salt Lake County. Sitting on my patio looking at the Rocky Mountains. It is pretty here. Maybe one day we’ll meet. My Winnebago is sitting in the driveway since my partner died. Too bad only 17000 miles. Do what you want NOW. Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed. Have fun, Carolyn. Stay safe. 🤗

Use some W D 40 on it. It will help the sliding area better. I had a Rott and I had her for 12 yrs old. And she loved ice cream and cottage cheese and otter pops. She ate whatever I did. And she was the best dog I had. She was rescued for a friend took her back after the people he gave her to abused and neglected her. When I first got her she she was eating bugs and trying to eat rock cuz she was hungry. So at 3 months I got her and I loved her just like how you loved yours( how funny just forgot his name) but he is still watching over you. God bless and be carefull.
