😂 i love what you said about hearing others conversations it's so annoying, i dont get why anyone would go to a beauty spot just to natter the whole way through, some folk just love the sound of their own voice rather than that important voice in ones head. Loving the crazy cat lady hair ❤

Totally agree... hate to sound Luke a people hater but there's a place and a tine....like in a cafe. Shhhh...enjoy nature...that's why I go alone... I went for a hike with a girl once and she talked constantly and we missed a big chunk out the hije which was the best part. I went back on my own...

Great video, good views, I agree it's better to walk alone without interruptions. I'm on my walk there's no one around which is good, which is no surprise where I am. If you love solitude with plenty of interest, visit the Bunya mountains. Dandelion and burdock drink takes me back to when I was a child. I'm surprised it's still around. Thanks for the hike.

I always look forward to your adventures but I particularly enjoyed this video. Im sure you felt much better after it too. It may not be your favourite walk but I loved your honesty and reflections on what took away from you going on your adventures. As you said, you needed to get things sorted in your personal life so you could get back to what you really enjoy. I think it shows too how an adventure can help you analyse what needs to happen and indeed what you did about it afterwards. I'm not sure if you plan in advance to explain what you are going to talk about as it comes over as really natural and spontaneous. I think this video particularly shows the importance and benifits of solitude and making room for it in our busy lives. Hope that make sense. x

To be honest there is normally a plan without a plan..I choose a destination and that's about it. I'm lucky if I remember to bring charged camera batteries. And the chit chat is just that. Sometimes I think "what am I babbling on about!?" 😆

My Grandfather used to run a Dairy Farm so I grew up around Cows. Although my Great Grandfather had the Blacksmiths in Wool, Dorset. They also had the Carpentry Shop and were Wheel Wrights and Funeral Directors. My Grandfather made T.E. Lawrence's Coffin, my Grandmother laid him out to rest and Grandfather buried him.

Happy Birthday, Lilu! 🎉🎈🍾 hope that you had a pleasant day. Beautiful dry/limestone valleys - I do like valley walking - I've never been big on hills apart for exercise when I used to run up some gentler Downs. I'm more interested in medieval tracks - walking through history. The bull may have been a British Blue - they're incredibly muscled compared with larger less toned breeds.

Hey Lilu, your pack was hanging too far down, I tried to focus on the pack, pull the bottom straps really tight so it cinch's down on shoulders, then pull the sternem strap tight. That should stop it bouncing around. Hope that helps.

Congrats on passing your exams. Cows & the colour red is just a myth as they are partially colourblind, they have dichromatic vision so they can perceive yellows and blues. Other colours like reds, greens, violets, and purples appear as shades of brown or blue to them
