I prefer off-trail hikes. Having said that, WOW! What a trail and stunning view. One of the best hikes I've ever seen. Thanks for bringing us these hikes....

You're very welcome! Honestly, I think I prefer off trail as well, but every one in a while, a nice clearly marked trail-- as long as there's some sort of rock climbing involved-- can be fun as well!

What do cattle eat in the desert all I see is thorns I am assuming there must be grass out there somewhere

Luckily, the Sonoran Desert is a green desert, so there's all kinds of goodies for the cows-- just as long as there aren't too many of them. Our desert is green, but not "grass pasture" level green!
