Solo leveling has a special place in my heart because it was the first webtoon I've read. I still remember the hype while I was reading the chapters. Some people didn't like the story but I loved every second of it. It doesn't reinvent the wheel but the series nails everything it tries to do. In my opinion SL is the best action manhwa.

Its crazy how much i actually like this opening. didint think id like it at first but after hearing the whole thing I was astonished to the point where this op is competing for 1st place against mashle's op. super hyped for the next episodes.

OH MY GOSH, it looks absolutely stunning. I was told they outsourced the op to a korean studio to make it more authentic. The animation in the show is already fascinatingly good but if it was the op good the entire show it would be the best looking show to ever be produced in my opinion

The Camera movement in 0:31 + is the only way Solo Leveling fights would work with Sung JIn-Woo's assassin-like fighting style and I am more than happy that the anime came to life that way. Amazing!

The opening was made by a Korean animation studio called studio Ppuri. They also made Honkai Star Trails animation, Cyphers game trailer and all Dungeon Fighter Online cinematic. They have amazing animation.

Been a fan of Solo Leveling for a long time. I've read both the manhwa and the LN. We thought it would be impossible for it to have an anime adaptation given that Japan was portrayed as the bad guys in one of the arcs, or even if we do, it might be done really badly like past manhwa adaptations. I'm glad they didn't change the names, and the animation is SOOO good that I've been so hypr and waiting for each new episode weekly even when I'm the type to wait until there are more episodes available so I could binge watch it. But I can't wait for SL and I'm so glad that they didn't cheap out on the production. The VA's are also very good, and the opening is amazing! I love TXT and their songs too. They also did the openings for Black Clover (Everlasting Shine), World Trigger (Force). I think they did a few other OST's in dramas etc too. Composed by Sawano, and we now have this masterpiece. I'm glad that they put all their budget and effort here cause when I heard that SL's going to be animated, I thought that it would make or break that studio's reputation, and I'm sure they realized that too cause I haven't found a single complaint so far and everything's great.

Ofc there will be inhouse staff doing the work, but what matters most are the directors and producers of the studio, bcs they hire the other 80% of ppl as freelancers, and other animators from other studios to help the production; also the korean studio did only the animation, the compositing was made by a1

Many people dont like this song since they were expecting some epic rock song with incredible music but becuase its not i feel thats exactly what makes it so good. Its a really fun song but still pretty epic and makes me smile whenever i listen to it even if i had a bad day. An amazing way of putting the me into the mood for the episode 10/10.
