Enjoyed the ride. Glad you rode Toms Best on the way to Black Canyon. I imagine that if you had more time, taking 17 at Widtsoe Jct up to Boulder Mt would have been a real treat. Beautiful up there. Thanks

The heat has been the big negative in Nevada also. Had to head into the Sierras and rode above 8,000 to escape it.

I am a new motorcycle rider at age 68 ( giving up mountain biking) and hope to eventually have the skills and confidence to take my newly acquired Honda CB500X on longer camping trips (pavement and mild gravel roads).
