08:30 My mother makes awesome oatmeal! When starting with heating the water, add flax seeds and raisins. When the water is boiling add thick-rolled oats (the larger flakes the better) and salt. Turn off the stove and then only stir once, and do it carefully so you don't break the flakes. Now let it sit on residual heat until the starch has a creamy texture to it. There shouldn't be too much of it left, but more importantly not to little either. When it looks good, its ready to serve. I like it pretty soft and moist so I take it off the stove pretty early on, but you do as you like of course. And then once transferred to a bowl, since i prefer to have my oatmeal with milk, i add milk to it as well! So yummy! And no plain sugar needed! In my opinion, it taste very different from the kind of oatmeal you make in this video. There's still some texture to it because the flakes aren't entirely mushed together. That’s why large flakes are beneficial, but the most important part is to not stir it more than once in the beginning for as little as possible. If you don't like raisins and/or flax seeds, I recommend apple pieces, plums, dried apricots or any fruit really. But I assume you know that already 🙂 Not sure how well this work with such a thin pan though. In a regular stove pan, the residual heat of the pan doesn't escape as quickly. It's more contained, I imagine. Hope my English made sense. I'm binging all of your videos and add a like to each one. 👌 Sending you love from cold winterly Sweden! ❤

Love the fact that regardless the weather, conditions or situation, there's always someone doing doughnuts in a car park somewhere. Ironically your the ultimate boy racer Morts, literally live in a car! Can't be more dedicated than that 😉

You seemed much happier in Turkey, eating in restaurants, talking to people, and generally at peace with yourself. Still, I admire the way you do it, getting out of it all. Good luck to you

All I can say is - use studded tyres! All weather tyres doesn't even compare to studded tyres, especially on ice! I cannot see any car there with studs on their tyres, and it freaks me out. That 4x4 would have had better success with studded tyres for sure. Here in Sweden it is much more common than all weather tyres for this exact reason. And you're still using summer tyres!?!? You are a bloody mad man, Morts. MAD MAN! 😄
