Solo Stove Cooks Up Cast Iron Burgers!

Memorial Day is also National Hamburger day so to get ready we practiced making some perfected cooked patties and topped them with sauteed mushrooms & onions!⠀

Gear we used:⠀
Solo Stove Campfire

Lodge Cast Iron skillets⠀
⠀
What we did:⠀
Slice up onion & tomato⠀
Form patties & season with salt and pepper⠀
Cook to preferred doneness and melt cheese⠀
Sautee Onions & Mushrooms in ~2 tbsp of butter⠀
Toast buns on the hot skillet⠀
Layer them up & enjoy!
