I seen another video where the gas dial (you have it set to 9 o’clock on this) should be at 8 o’clock (aligning with the red dots) for optimal heating. But looks like a good pizza regardless! Enjoy

Hi. Any idea how hot the top of you table gets. I’m trying to use tables I have to save money and not buy a metal table. I’d love to know a temp so I can decide. Thansk

It doesn't get hot. The stones absorb most of the heat.
